We respond to all kinds of needs, including accompanying interpreting overseas in the field of international cooperation, interpreting for important meetings and ceremonies, as well as business meetings between companies, press conferences, and interviews. In addition, we provide language services such as interpreting that requires advanced interpretation skills, highly specialized lecture interpreting for large numbers of trainees, and escort interpreting that also serves as care for overseas guests when they come to Japan. The number of requests for work that requires additional skills in addition to skills is increasing.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

PRICEChinese interpretation fee<\/span><\/h3>\r\n

The following is the basic daily fee for Chinese interpreting. We will give you a new estimate when we receive the details.<\/p>\r\n

S class<\/th>\r\n 100,000 yen\/day ~ (simultaneous interpretation level)<\/td>\r\n <\/tr>\r\n
A class<\/th>\r\n 70,000 yen\/day ~ (about 10 years experience)<\/td>\r\n <\/tr>\r\n
B class<\/th>\r\n 50,000 yen\/day ~ (5 years or more experience)<\/td>\r\n <\/tr>\r\n
C class<\/th>\r\n 30,000 yen\/day ~ (attendant, interpreter guide, etc.)<\/td>\r\n <\/tr>\r\n<\/tbody>\r\n<\/table>\r\n

\r\n\u25c6Business structure<\/span>\r\nFor simultaneous interpretation, there will be two people for half-day work, and 3-4 people for full-day work.
\r\n
\r\n\u25c6Working hours and overtime charges<\/span>\r\nBusiness hours are from the meeting time to the dismissal time.
\r\nThe daily rate is 8 hours (restricted time), with a 1 hour break in between. Additionally, if the detention exceeds 8 hours, an overage fee (25% increase per hour) will be charged.
\r\nFor work lasting less than 3 hours, a half-day fee of 60% of the basic fee will be applied.
\r\nAn additional charge (25% increase) will be applied for early morning and late night work.
\r\nThe above applies to Japan. Please note that conditions differ depending on the country when overseas.

\r\n\u25c6movement restrictions<\/span>\r\nRegarding travel time (as a general rule, in the case of work that involves travel to a location over 50 km from Tokyo, the travel time to the work location), 50% of the basic fee divided by 8 hours will be applied.
\r\nIf the travel restriction time mentioned above occurs and the travel occurs the day before a meeting, etc., 50% of the basic fee will be applied as the night’s night fee.
\r\nIf you are traveling to a location more than 50km from Tokyo, you will be required to pay accommodation expenses, transportation expenses (actual expenses), and daily allowance (5,000 yen\/day) in addition to the above interpretation fees.

\r\n\u25c6cancellation policy<\/span>\r\nOnce the interpreter has been booked, the following cancellation fees will be charged, including date changes.

\r\n\u25c6others<\/span>\r\n(*1) When dispatching an interpreter from Japan to a foreign country, in addition to the basic interpreting fee, the customer will be responsible for accommodation expenses, daily allowance (meals), transportation expenses, airfare, insurance, visa fees, etc.
\r\n(*2) Please prepare as many reference materials as possible. The quality of the interpretation will vary greatly depending on whether you know the content in advance or not.
